After visiting Elaine on Thursday, we met Jen and her boys for lunch.
They drove in from Indiana to see us.

This is about 5 minutes after we sat down. Adam and Lauren clicked immediately.

Jen can correct me if I'm wrong - Aaron and Andrew...
After lunch we went to the Kohl's children museum - for more pictures check out the "Adventures of the 3 A's" blog link on the right.
I was starting to get some weird flashes of the future...

Lauren prepared and served Adam an amazing sandwich lunch complete with chips and water. When she was behind the counter she got on the phone and my mom asked what she was doing she said "taking phone orders". Then when she served the food she kept saying "enjoy your lunch" and "have a nice day". They really do absorb a lot.

Check out those muscles!

The kids spent a lot of time in the water play area.

Kai spent a lot of time in the little baby pit behind the water area. It was a really cool spot.

More muscles - wow Jen you have some strong boys!

After the museum we went swimming and then had a yummy pizza dinner.

Colleen joined us for swimming after the museum and almost put her phone down...

I think this is my favorite picture of the day.

That night we had a big sleepover at GG and NoNo's.

Everyone and their stuffed animals.

This was everyone's first "friend" sleepover. I don't think Jen and I got much sleep but that's par for the course right???
On Friday morning the kids ate pancakes for breakfast. My mom made so many different kinds and the kids devoured almost all of them. At one point Andrew said "this is the best day of my life". I have to admit the visit ranked right up there for me too. Thanks again for driving all the way to see us. It was really fun and we made some great memories!
